But I seem to be back to normal now. Obviously, keep moving if you can. I just think you shouldn't be too hard on yourself if you don't do as much as you usually would.<BR/><BR/>Sorry to hear about the restaurant undermining your good intentions by poor fish-cooking. It can be hard to find a good choice sometimes. I've just been away for the weekend in an area where restaurants seem to serve baked potatoes as the only vegetarian option... it is a great pity that they aren't low-GI!
