I would neve...You are incredible doing a boot camp. I would never have the guts to try that! And I'm so impressed with your numbers, even the pushups. For no-knee pushups I think I could do... maybe two. On a good day.<BR/><BR/>I'm trying to increase my activity A LOT, so I'm also keeping an eye on what I eat. I know that my body might be needing more calories, so I want to make sure I don't starve myself, I'm just making sure that every single thing I eat is nutritionally useful. I learned this somewhere, maybe it was John Berardi, where no food is forbidden, but when you're going to eat something you look at it and ask yourself "Is this going to help me reach my goals or not?"
